Below are the best sex positions to do once you start your edging program; these will help you stay hard and last a long time. Like I said before, if you have open communication with your partner then you both can work on edging and get total control of your ejaculations. You can try different positions that help with premature ejaculation, because you will have more control of the movement. Overall what you want to do is have a signal of when to slow down or stop. If you are not the talking kind or you donât feel relaxed about telling your partner to stop when you feel like you are going to lose control and ejaculate, you can have a signal that you will squeeze a part of her body.
These are the positions I have found to offer excellent control.
Woman on Top
In this position, you lie on your back and your partner gets on top of you. The on top position works better if your partner knows that you are trying to control PE, especially if you can say âStopâ or âSlow down.â But if you donât want to tell her, you can control the movements by having one or both of your hands on her hips or one hand on her hip and one hand on her chest.
Spooning
